NearFresh is a platform that connects cafés, bakeries, and coffee shops with nearby customers by listing freshly prepared but unsold food for same-day consumption at better prices.
NearFresh does not prepare, cook, store, or deliver food unless explicitly stated.
📌 Eligibility
- Users must be 18 years or older to use the platform
- Partner cafés and bakeries must be legally permitted to prepare and sell food
- By submitting enquiries or partnering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate
📌 Use of the Platform
You agree to use the NearFresh platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not harm, misuse, or disrupt the platform or other users.
You must not:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Misuse content or branding belonging to NearFresh
- Attempt unauthorised access to the platform
📌 Partner Cafés & Bakeries
- Partner cafés are responsible for food preparation, quality, hygiene, pricing, and storage
- All food listed must be freshly prepared and intended for same-day consumption
- NearFresh acts only as a connecting platform between partners and customers
📌 Orders & Pickups
- Customers place orders through the platform (or as guided during pilot phase)
- Food is collected directly from the partner café or bakery
- NearFresh is not responsible for delays, quality issues, or handling after pickup
📌 Payments & Pricing
- Pricing of food items is decided by the partner café
- NearFresh may update pricing, listing, or operational processes during the pilot phase
- Payment-related processes may evolve as the platform grows
📌 Limitation of Liability
NearFresh shall not be held liable for:
- Food quality, taste, or freshness issues
- Allergic reactions or dietary concerns
- Loss or damage arising after food pickup
- Business losses incurred by partner cafés
Users agree to use the platform at their own discretion.

All content, logos, branding, and materials on the NearFresh website are the property of NearFresh and may not be used without permission.
