NearFresh is a platform that helps cafés, bakeries, and coffee shops connect with nearby customers by listing freshly prepared but unsold food at better prices for same-day consumption.
🍽️ Freshness of Food
- All food items listed on NearFresh are freshly prepared on the same day
- Items are listed for consumption on the same day only
- NearFresh does not allow listing of expired or stale food
Customers are encouraged to consume the food within the recommended time provided by the partner café.
🏪 Responsibility of Partner Cafés
- Food preparation, quality, hygiene, and storage are the responsibility of the respective café or bakery
- NearFresh does not prepare, cook, alter, or repackage any food
- Each partner café follows its own food safety and hygiene practices
NearFresh acts only as a connecting platform between food businesses and customers.
🚚 Pickup & Handling
- Customers collect orders directly from the partner café or bakery
- NearFresh does not handle food delivery unless explicitly mentioned
- Once the food is picked up, NearFresh is not responsible for handling or storage
💬 Allergens & Dietary Information
- Customers are advised to check ingredient details directly with the partner café
- NearFresh recommends customers inform cafés about any allergies before consumption
⚠️ Limitation of Liability
NearFresh shall not be held responsible for:
- Food quality issues arising from preparation or storage at the partner café
- Individual allergic reactions or dietary sensitivities
- Improper handling of food after pickup
By using the NearFresh platform, customers acknowledge and accept these terms.
